 JOE ROBINSON

Work Smarter-Live Better  Robinson will provide strategies to manage demands, stress, devices, and employees, instead of having the demands manage you. This presentation will help you be more effective, less stressed, and show you how to increase employee engagement and satisfaction on and off the job.

Robinson will offer suggestions on making adjustments to our work style that will make us more effective and prevent reflex behaviors that drive stress and drain productivity. You'll learn how to manage key areas of pressure-from time management, to stress management, device management, overwhelm, multitasking, and managing home demands. You'll learn new tools to manage reactions and build resilience to handle any challenge.

Presentation material is based on the latest science and best practices and is endorsed by clients such as IBM and Nestle.
