12 Drivers Arrested for DUII in One Night in Medford

On Saturday night, the Medford Police Department (MPD) arrested 12 drivers who were driving under the influence of intoxicants. MPD with help from Oregon State Police, Jackson County Sheriff's Office, Talent Police Department and Central Point Police Department participated in a high visibility saturation patrol of Medford to find and arrest impaired drivers. Altogether, 14 additional officers were on the streets of Medford last night, partially funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation's National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
