Vendor Booth Information

  • Exhibit booths cost $600. This is a slight increase from last year because we will be providing two meal tickets for each company registration, and we are also debuting a conference app at this event. We believe this platform will facilitate additional opportunities for vendors to connect with law enforcement leaders attending the OACP Annual conference. Please note that the cost of the booth is included in all sponsorship packages except Bronze sponsorship.
  • Exhibit booths are pipe and drape (8′ X 10′)
  • Two chairs are included at each table
  • Wi-Fi is available for each vendor at no additional charge
  • Electricity is available for each vendor at no additional charge
  • Main exhibit hall is hardwood floor


Shipping Information

  • Items can arrive a week prior to the Trade Show.
  • Ensure your vendor name can be easily found somewhere on the package.
  • When you arrive, contact Sherri in the office and she will direct you to your packages.
  • When returning packages at the end of the Trade Show, please make sure all packages have the return labels on them and make arrangements to have them picked up from the facility.

Vehicle Spaces

  • Vehicle spaces cost $900
  • All vehicles will need to be placed in position Tuesday, April 22. Keep in mind the following requirements for vehicles inside the Pendleton Convention Center:
    • If it has rained and the car is wet, vendor will provide appropriate floor covering to ensure there is no damage to the floor.
    • Vendor will need to make arrangements for vehicle placement with Pat Beard – pat.beard@ci.pendleton.or.us prior to the Trade Show.
